Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, Yoo-Mi does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or tested products.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The incorrect item was received
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received differs from the order placed

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

All approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Skin reactions or sensitivities
  • Products purchased incorrectly
  • Minor packaging imperfections from shipping or manufacturing
  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

As skincare results and skin compatibility vary from person to person, we are unable to offer a return or exchange after a customer has open and used the product.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Yoo-Mi.
